Was the aug. 5th-a city council meeting or the gunfight at the o.k. Corral???

While most of the City Council meeting of Sept. 5, 2008 was nothing out of the ordinary, loooong and
rather dull–same old stuff, it seemed to go on forever. It’s amazing that
our city council members have so much stamina, and are intelligent enough to
push through to the end. This meeting included the continuation of
the proposed hotel [...]

Proposed new hotel at oaks on aug. 5 council agenda

As folks who visit The Oaks Shopping Center at Steven’s Creek at the 85 know, this is a busy
jam-packed with cars very popular place. Although some seem to feel its outdated and no longer viable, I for one protest the notion. Just because a shopping center is still standing, still busy and still attracts crowds [...]
